defense lawyers on "How to Put on a Preliminary Hearing," "Entrapment," "Confessions and Admissions," and "Cross-Examination of Police Officers."
Herbert B. Weiss received his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Cal State Northridge in 1969, and followed with his J.D. from Southwestern School of Law in 1976. He was admitted to practice law in California in 1977.
